Happy Thanksgiving! When I was driving to my Thanksgiving dinner destination today, I noticed how few retail outlets were open. Gas stations
were somewhat busy...people always need gas. Some grocery stores stayed open as someone always forgets the marshmallows for the yams. I was
surprised to see the XXX private viewing booths open on Thanksgiving Day. And even more surprised to see the eight patron cars parked outside
of it! I guess porn now ranks right up there with other basic retail necessities.

Is it true that misery loves company? Two cases of online porn addiction have come out in the last year or so in the tabloids.
Platinum-selling country singer and ex-Dancing with the Stars competitor Sara Evans divorced her husband of 13 years, Craig
Schelske, accusing him of committing adultery and verbally abusing her. They have three kids ages 8, 4 and 3 - one boy and
two girls. According to the divorce petition filed, her husband was keeping a stash of porn on his computer, including at
least 100 pictures depicting him fully nude and several showing him engaged in sex with other women. He was also putting
personal ads on CraigsList.com looking for threesomes and partners for anal sex. Sara was also upset about him allowing a
stylist from Dancing with the Stars into their home. There was also a situation in which one of the three kids confronted the
father while he was watching porn on TV.
The divorce was finalized two months ago. Sara was ordered to pay him $500 K in alimony (!) and gave up her rights to the
two homes they own in Oregon.
Anne Heche is in the middle of divorce proceedings as well claiming her husband Coley Laffoon, craves porn, poker and
money. In court documents, Heche says that Laffoon says he is a stay-at-home dad but he leaves their 5-year-old son Homer
"with nannies and babysitters while he plays ping-pong, backgammon and poker and views pornography online." Heche also
says that Laffoon bragged to cast members of her show Men In Trees, taped in Vancouver, that he "knew each strip joint in
town." The former videographer, who says he quit a $6,000-a-year job (!) to take care of Homer, is seeking primary custody
and at least $33,000 a month in support, according to his filing. Heche says he's seeking $45,000 a month.
These two examples of the porn addiction phenomenon came out mainly because the wives are well known. Thousands of other couples are
facing the same scenarios in their homes.
PornAddictHubby.com has started a private and confidential survey on your
opinions of pornography addiction. The link to the survey is on the home
page. Tabulated results will be made available on this site in the near
future. Thanks in advance for your input!

A Vice Principal at an elementary school in Japan was arrested in October for paying an unemployed sixteen year old girl
6,000 yen ($59) to have sex in his car. Wait, it gets better. Police confiscated 334 DVDs, pornographic pictures, handcuffs (!)
and school uniforms from his car and home. It seems the 54 year old paid young girls to let him take erotic photos of them.
He made a small fortune selling child porn pictures - $176,500 – over a seven year period to magazines. Even more amazing
are the statements made by his wife of 31 years who says he was 'the perfect husband' and their sex life was 'normal'. She
had not a clue he had spent his off hours picking up approximately 600 underage girls over the last seven years. That’s
almost 90 girls a year – or about one girl every four days. Huh? Female intuition is a powerful thing. You just wonder how
she didn't pick up on some vibe.

Here's another one for Huh? file. On a popular daytime women’s TV show in Germany women discussed the extremes that
they have gone to in order to keep their spouses from spending all of their time looking at porn on the Internet. One lady
who chose to wear a mask as not to be identified told of how she had to padlock a dog’s shock collar around the neck of her
husband to keep him from getting up. (!) He used to sneak down stairs and get on the computer for hours she said. It was
affecting his performance at his job. He would fall asleep at work. “They even called me at home to see if I would take him
to the doctor for his sleep disorder not knowing that he had been up all night masturbating to porn”.
The woman described how she kept the controls for the collar on her night stand and would set the range for it to go off at
3 meters. The husband agreed to wear the collar at first but she caught him sneaking it off one night. Thats when she started
locking it to his neck. The couple was willing to do anything to save their 12 years of marriage. ***NOTE: PAH does not
recommend this as a useful or safe strategy.***

A new high-tech porn player debuted last weekend at the International
Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. A new system called Frye is the
first set-top box to deliver adult movies on demand to home televisions.
The Fyre is plugged into an Ethernet port in a broadband connection with
an additional plug into the TV. It can supply over 20,000 different movies
with a detailed search function. Customers can choose movies and
individual scenes based on their stars, their locales, and specific sexual
practices. That's customer satisfaction. The system will be available for free
starting April of this year. There is a subscription plan ranging from the
budget-minded $10 per month to the throw caution-to-the-wind $100 per
month.
Growth in sex-addiction cases
In doing some investigative reporting, the BBC recently surveyed 43 sex and
relationship therapists and found that almost 80% of them are "seeing an
increase in the number of men suffering from sex addiction," it reports, and
74% said "it was becoming increasingly common to see excessive use of
Internet pornography as a problem in relationships." Over in the US, a study
in this month's issue of the Journal of Adolescent Research found that US "college students, including young women, are far more accepting of
pornography than their parents," USATODAY reports. "Most young women in the study said they personally did not use porn, but nearly half said
viewing X-rated material was an acceptable way to express sexuality. Only 37% of the fathers and 20% of the mothers surveyed agreed."
According to the study 86% of the young men surveyed reported having viewed porn in the past year (compared to 31% of young women), and
20% said they viewed it every day or nearly every day (compared to 3.2% of young women).

Woman called police over hubby's porn habit
A frustrated German housewife called police because her husband would not stop watching porn movies. The 44-year old woman dialed the
emergency police number and told the dispatcher in a weepy voice there was an emergency. But when officers arrived at the scene they found
her pacing the apartment while her husband, 46, sat in front of the TV watching a XXX movie. She told the police: "Nothing will move him, not
even if I offer him the real thing, and he has the TV on so loud I'm sure the neighbors can hear it." She was told however that there was nothing
the police could do in such a case, but refer her to a counselor for help.
